Salary Range : $110,000 - $159,000 depending on experience

• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and R&D teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance product manufacturability.

• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with overall business objectives and production capacity goals.
• Ensure all engineering activities adhere to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems.
