Key Responsibilities
Perform cash posting and data entry of refunds for Pharmacy
Provide customer service to patients and families to support cash collection for healthcare operations
Participate in activities to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and patient satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of related experience
No specific license or certification required
Experience with patient accounts and HIPAA is preferred
Experience in third-party insurance claims follow-up / collections is preferred
