Senior Construction Inspector

Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) located in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida, providing essential program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Inspector to oversee and ensure the successful execution of a critical federal healthcare project at Bay Pines, FL. This role plays a vital part in ensuring adherence to construction standards, safety protocols, and project specifications while maintaining exceptional quality across all project phases.

This is a 12-month contract position, with four optional years contingent upon the award of the Task Order.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide expert oversight of construction activities to ensure alignment with project schedules, specifications, and safety standards.
• Review and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), change orders, submittal logs, and construction design documents.
• Maintain comprehensive records of project progress and generate related reports.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and federal construction standards.
• Contribute to effective project management and oversight to support the client's mission.
