Security Officer - Bank Entry Desk

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing exceptional customer service and supporting access control procedures. Pay Rate : $22.66 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Monday : 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Tuesday : 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Wednesday : 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Saturday : 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Sunday : 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
  • Monitor and control access to the premises, verifying identification and visitor credentials as required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and any unusual occurrences.
  • Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following Allied Universal protocols and client instructions.
  • Support a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk while helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive presence.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
  • Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A guard card and / or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
