Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate interview schedules for candidates and hiring teams
Provide an exceptional candidate experience and ensure regular communication
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a recruiting or administrative support role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and / or HRIS systems
Experience with data entry and using spreadsheets for tracking and analysis
Strong interest in recruiting as a career with a desire to grow within the field
