A company is looking for a User Experience Manager III.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap to enhance trial conversion rates and user satisfaction

Lead user research to understand trial user behaviors and needs, using data analysis for product improvements

Coordinate with engineering, marketing, and support teams for effective product launches and feature rollouts

Required Qualifications :

Expertise in product strategy and user adoption

Advanced skills in user research and data analysis

Experience in managing the product lifecycle

Prior experience in a similar role within the tech industry, particularly with web products

Proven ability to advocate for data-driven personalization and analytics in product design
