Hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers

Job description :

Royal Trucking is looking for CDL truck drivers to run dry van or flatbed freight. If you're looking for competitive wages, multiple options to grow your career, and a drivers-first culture, we want to talk with you!

OTR Flatbed Truck Driver

  • Company Drivers - Earn up to $100,000 per year ; Base pay range : $0.49 – $0.65 per mile
  • Lease Purchase - Gross up to $225,000 per year ; Base pay : $1.35 per mile + 100% fuel surcharge on all miles
  • Weekly and quarterly performance bonuses
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified drivers
  • Home time : every 10–12 days

OTR Dry Van Truck Driver

  • Company Drivers - Earn up to $79,300 per year ; Base pay range : $0.52 – $0.61 per mile
  • Lease Purchase - Gross up to $175,000 per year ; Base pay : $1.25 per mile + 100% fuel surcharge on all miles
  • Weekly and quarterly performance bonuses
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified drivers
  • Home time : every 10–12 days

    • Lease Purchase Details

  • No credit check, $0 down , No balloon payment
  • Walkaway lease
  • Weekly truck payment : $450 – $875
  • Lease term length ranges based on tractor chosen
