North Carolina Licensed Litigation Manager

A company is looking for a Litigation Associate Manager to oversee claims and manage a team of adjusters.

Key Responsibilities

Frequently participates in special projects as a subject matter expert

Manages and oversees performance of vendors

Oversees response to highly complex arbitration contentions

Oversees the negotiation of highly complex claims

Required Qualifications

Experience managing Extended Handler Adjusters handling attorney-represented claims

Prior litigation experience preferred

Ability to motivate and manage a team of 10 to 15 adjusters or vendors

Experience in monitoring staffing levels and workloads

Strong understanding of claims processes and operational initiatives
