Position Title : Clinical Supervisor

BCBA Salary Range : $82,450 - $102,820 commensurate with experience

Bonus Incentive Program :

You will be enrolled in our monthly performance-based incentive program, MAP (Motivation, Ambition, Progress). This point-based program allows you to earn between $7,000 and $10,000 annually in bonuses, in addition to your base salary.

Qualifications (Minimum) : BCBA / LBA Licensed by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine

Work Type : Flexible hybrid schedule. (minimum of 50% of remote)

Job Duties :

• Direct supervision of Registered Behavioral Technicians
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments (in our center, home, school, and / or community)
• Developing Individualized Behavior-Change Programs with client-specific goals and outcome measurements
• Training and development of Registered Behavior Technicians
• Data analysis
• Ensure care coordination with internal and external treatment providers
• Conduct clinical supervision
• Provide weekly communication with direct care professionals, parents / legal guardians, and other providers to ensure service Continuity
• Properly maintain client records and protected health information in compliance with State and Federal laws
