  • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Vice President of Field Sales for Payment Automation. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a high-performing sales team dedicated to selling market-leading payment automation solutions. This includes payment software, check, card, and ACH services. The role is pivotal in meeting and exceeding team revenue goals, setting and enforcing sales processes, and ensuring the team is equipped to promote the company's offerings effectively. The VP will also be responsible for the hiring, training, and development of sales professionals, as well as collaborating with marketing, product, and partner teams to drive sales and maintain market leadership. Applicants for the VP of Field Sales - Payment Automation position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in overseeing sales organizations, with a strong background in SaaS, software, or payments. A proven track record of leadership and sales success in a competitive environment is essential. The role requires a leader with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams, and an expert understanding of commercial payments, SaaS software, or technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be a visionary and hands-on leader, capable of operating in a rapidly evolving market. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and the role demands a professional who can work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment and drive growth.
