About the Role


As a Property Manager, youll oversee a portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations, ensuring communities are well-maintained, financially sound, and supported with excellent customer service. Youll work closely with Board Members, residents, and vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and review financial reports
• Solicit and compare bids for services and vendor contracts
• Attend and lead Board Meetings with confidence and professionalism
• Provide sound recommendations to assist Boards in effective decision-making
• Review and interpret financial statements, payables, and receivables
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work with the Assistant Property Manager
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain community standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners and Board Members
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Proven experience in property management (HOA/Condominium Associations, not rentals or leasing agent)
• Licensed Community Association Manager, CAI or IREM License
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with property management software preferred
