Material Handler

Job Title :  Material Handler – Scanner Tech (Excel & Data Entry Proficient)

Location :  San Jose, CA

Pay Rate :   $20 / HR

M-F   3 : 30PM- 12AM (Swing Shift)

Job Summary :

We are seeking detail-oriented Material Handlers with Scanner Tech expertise, strong Excel and data entry skills, and a commitment to quality control. The successful candidate will support production activities related to document scanning and ensure accuracy throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities :

Prep documents for scanning (remove staples, organize papers, place in order)

Operate scanning equipment for both large and small format documents

Conduct quality control checks on scanned documents

Use cutters and related equipment safely and efficiently

Enter data accurately and maintain proper documentation

Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Maintain daily, consistent attendance

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and co-workers

Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience in quality control and production environments preferred

Experience working with cutters and scanning equipment is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, or strong willingness to learn new applications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Effective interpersonal and communication skills
