Receptionist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Receptionist with 5 years of experience in a similar role. This is a Temporary opportunity, located in Needham, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming experience at the front desk.
• Answer and direct incoming calls from the main phone line, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
• Manage mail and deliveries, including sorting incoming correspondence and preparing outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain office supplies, track inventory levels, and ensure supply areas are organized and well-stocked.
• Coordinate meeting room schedules, ensuring availability and cleanliness of conference spaces.
• Support administrative tasks for staff, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers, assisting with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Assist with basic technology needs, including phone systems, video conferencing setups, and coordination with the IT team for employee support.
• Update and maintain company databases, including CRM systems and other internal platforms.
