HVAC Technician

Dole Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned and operated HVAC company dedicated to delivering reliable comfort solutions and outstanding customer service. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality work, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Perform routine service and preventative maintenance

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues

• Communicate clearly with customers about findings and solutions

• Complete work orders and service reports accurately

• Follow safety procedures and company standards

• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of HVAC service experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
