Pattern Maker

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Patternmaker to join a leading apparel brand's Pre-Production team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both manual and digital patternmaking, a strong understanding of garment construction and fit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

• Translate design sketches, specifications, and samples into accurate, production-ready patterns
• Develop and draft digital patterns using Gerber software
• Conduct and participate in fit sessions, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal fit and construction
• Create and maintain detailed tech packs, including sewing and construction instructions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and production teams to ensure precision and quality
• Manage deadlines and workflow in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy
