Data Scientist / Senior Data Scientist

A company is looking for a Data Scientist (Intermediate) / Senior Data Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement machine learning models to predict donor behavior and engagement

Evaluate client and third-party data to identify new metrics and insights

Identify additional data collection opportunities to enhance predictive models

Required Qualifications

Intermediate level : 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, and machine learning

Senior level : 6+ years of experience, preferably with management experience

Mastery of Python or R for data cleaning, structuring, and modeling; experience with AWS preferred

Experience working in Agile environments and understanding of Scrum principles

Familiarity with Salesforce, CRMs, ERPs, or fundraising technology is a plus
