Job Summary :

The Game and Prize Pro is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of both the game room and the redemption area. This includes assisting guests with game play, cleaning arcade machines, monitoring ticket and prize redemption, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a fun and safe environment for all guests. The position involves a combination of cleaning game equipment, ensuring proper ticket handling, and ensuring a clean and organized facility.

Key Responsibilities :

Game Room Responsibilities :

Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Regularly inspect arcade games to ensure they are fully operational.

Maintain a clean and safe arcade environment by ensuring all games are in working order and free from hazards.

Assist guests during peak hours by providing prompt support and creating an enjoyable atmosphere.

Redemption Room Responsibilities :

Manage the redemption process, ensuring tickets are counted accurately and guests receive their appropriate prizes.

Keep the redemption area neat and organized, ensuring that prizes are neatly displayed and easily accessible to guests.

Offer suggestions for prizes based on ticket count and assist guests in selecting appropriate rewards.

Assist with any point-of-sale transactions related to prize redemption or game tokens, handling credit cards accurately and efficiently.
