Qualifications : Education : HS Diploma / equivalent OR Graduate of an accredited Polysomnography program Licensure : None. Experience : 6 months experience . Certifications : Registered Polysomnography Technologist (RPSGT) certification; Certified Polysomnographic Technician (CPSGT); or has completed the AASM’s A-STEP program / Star Program; American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) within 3 months of hire. Equipment Used : Polysomnographic recording instrumentation, PCs, accessory equipment. Preferred Education : Additional college level biological science coursework preferred. Preferred Experience : Health care work experience beneficial with Sleep Medicine experience.
