Your Role :
As a bartender, you’ll be the master of our bar area, crafting drinks and creating an inviting atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include :
Crafting Beverages : Mix and serve drinks to guests, following recipes and requests.Customer Interaction : Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.Menu Knowledge : Offer drink recommendations and explain our menu.Maintaining Cleanliness : Keep the bar area clean and organized.Stock Management : Monitor and restock bar inventory as needed.Handling Payments : Process transactions accurately.What We’re Looking For :
Bartending Experience : Previous experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment is highly desired.Positive Attitude : Thrive under pressure and enjoy interacting with guests.Commitment to Excellence : Dedicated to providing top-notch service.Team Player : Work well with servers, barbacks, and other staff.Attention to Detail : Handle drink orders and transactions accurately.Skills Needed :
Mixology Skills : Proficiency in crafting a variety of drinks.Communication : Excellent verbal and written skills.Organizational Skills : Keep the bar area tidy and well-stocked.Multi-tasking : Navigate a bustling environment with ease.Computer Proficiency : Comfortable with point-of-sale systems.Problem-Solving : Address and resolve guest issues promptly.Safety Knowledge : Understand workplace safety procedures.Licenses / Certifications : Must have state-required alcohol service certification and health compliance cards if applicable.Physical Requirements :
