Responsibilities :

  • Greet patients and escort them to exam rooms
  • Obtain and record vital signs accurately
  • Prepare and clean exam tables and equipment between patients
  • Set up and assist with office procedures as needed
  • Complete lab requisitions using the computer system
  • Perform venipuncture and process lab specimens
  • Sterilize instruments using an autoclave
  • Order and stock medical supplies
  • Maintain inventory of medicines and materials
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and keep manuals up to date
  • Answer phones and assist with calls as needed

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous medical assistant experience required (specialty office experience preferred)
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting
