About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents with daily living activities, maintaining their dignity, and ensuring their safety and comfort in a positive, team-oriented environment.  This specific job location is in Beulah, North Dakota

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents in accordance with CNA training and facility procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and uphold residents’ rights as outlined in the Residents Bill of Rights.
• Observe and promptly report any changes in residents’ conditions, behaviors, or care needs to the charge nurse.
• Record all care activities and behaviors accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system throughout the day.
• Follow all infection control, isolation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Report all incidents, hazards, equipment issues, and safety events using proper documentation procedures.
• Follow proper body mechanics and utilize gait belts to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance.
• Support emergency and disaster procedures as outlined in facility policies.
• Adhere to facility policies regarding staff and resident safety, abuse prevention, and incident reporting.
• Review and follow individualized care plans, adjusting as directed by nursing staff.
