Crew leaders-

What do you have :

  • Problem solver (ability to find solutions to problems)
  • Conduct daily safety meetings (Ensuring that everyone is in compliance of safety rules and procedures)
  • Independent thinker
  • Must be Bilingual
  • Team mindset
  • Able to lead a crew of 2-4 team members to set up traffic control.
  • Set-up construction work zones
  • Operate company trucks and miscellaneous hand tools
  • Load and unload equipment
  • Conducts routine equipment maintenance and daily equipment inspections
  • Complete daily logs
  • Communicate problems
  • Follow federal, state, local and company laws, rules, and regulations
  • Travel to worksites throughout the Miami area

    • WHAT DO YOU HAVE?

  • You desire more than a job. You want a career.
  • Desired : 1-3 years traffic control work experience ( ATSSA Flagger certification ).
  • You enjoy working outdoors.
  • You can stand for extended periods of time and can meet other physical demands of the job.
  • You have a clear current state driver’s license.

    • Able to work in extreme weather conditions (hot or cold) when required and necessary.

  • Available to travel 100% of the time and work M-F (starting as early as 6 : 00 AM), plus overtime.
  • Available to work weekends and nights when required and necessary.

    • This position is subject to the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) drug & alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 382 and / or 49 CFR Part 199.
