Your responsibilities include providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe and therapeutic care per established standards.
Every shift, you'll assess patient needs, plan and implement individualized care, and engage patients and families in their treatment. You'll coordinate discharge plans using an interdisciplinary approach and work actively to ensure patient safety and effective communication with healthcare team members.
Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Education :
Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing program.
Required Experience :
Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
We seek individuals who can provide holistic patient care, effectively manage critical situations, and maintain strong communication. You should be capable of making independent decisions while working collaboratively with others.
Demonstrated strengths in organization, prioritization, and problem-solving, along with proficient computer skills and the ability to foster positive relationships are essential for this role.
