About Our Client

Our client is a self-perform general contractor that is well-known across the US, mostly in the Midwest. They work on mostly municipal projects ranging from $2-$30M in scope. Other projects include commercial and industrial projects across Indianapolis, IN and Noblesville, IN.

Job Description

• Supporting the APMs, PEs, and other project managers as needed
• Project planning from precon to completion on ground up projects and occupied spaces
• Master schedule creation and ensuring deadlines are met
• Lead weekly OAC meetings along with Supers or Project Executives
• Review and approve change orders, RFIs
• Review documentation from PEs and APMs
• Client and architecture communication

The Successful Applicant

• 5-7 years of experience in project management preferably with a general contractor
• Experience with municipal projects
• Live in Hamilton County
• Proficient in Procore
• Bachelors degree in construction management or related
