MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR / SOCIAL WORKER

POSITION INFORMATION

Position summary :

Responsible for coordination and supervision of the care for all mental health PHP / IOP patients per physician orders and in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education :

Masters’ Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related field.

Required length and type of experience :

One to two years experience in a mental health treatment setting with experience in facilitating group therapies and individual counseling is preferred.

Required licensure, certification or registry :

Licensed Social Worker (LSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor
