This position is hybrid in Bloomington, MN. This person will manage and maintain Cache / IRIS databases and ensure seamless integration across systems. The position is responsible for updating and maintaining documentation and processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client controls. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities :

• Develops and maintains utilities, scripts, and data structures for smaller data needs, or for midsized system outputs consistent with database architecture.
• Participates in disaster recovery simulations; provides feedback on current Disaster Recovery test plans to management.
• Monitors database alerts identifying system capacity, unexpected data growth, and potential database corruption.
• Identifies, analyzes, and provides resolution documentation for database incidents and problems.
• Maintains and monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of database performance.
• Performs smaller project tasks, coordinating efforts with other IT Groups.
• Partners with vendors during application installation in order to meet database needs and requirements.
• Provides input to architectural diagrams.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
