Description

TKO StaffPros LLC is excited to announce an opening for a Quality Team Member at our Saltillo location. This full-time on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the staffing and recruiting industry. As a Quality Team Member you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

In this entry-level position you will work closely with our quality assurance team to monitor processes conduct inspections and support initiatives that enhance service delivery. This role is essential in helping us achieve our goals of client satisfaction and operational excellence within the staffing sector. We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $12.00 to $14.40 along with a supportive work environment conducive to professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting quality inspections on staff and processes
  • Support the quality assurance team in maintaining standards
  • Document and report findings to senior team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Help in training staff on quality procedures and standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance
  • Provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Maintain organized records of quality inspections

Requirements

  • Associates degree required
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of quality assurance practices is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to follow procedures and maintain consistency
