The Project Coordinator is responsible for the administrative duties behind cross-functional projects in the business, supporting project leadership and key stakeholders in keeping projects on schedule, within budget and functioning effectively, ensuring everything needed for the project is available and being used efficiently. They directly oversee and assist in multiple projects from beginning to end; organizing project objectives and information. Through organized and effective communication throughout various company initiatives, the Project Coordinator will play a key cross-functional role in completing company projects; aligning our business projects and goals with our people and productivity. A successful candidate will have the ability to work a flexible schedule and enjoy a fast-paced, growing company, in an ever-changing industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
Project Planning & Stakeholder CommunicationProject Planning & Stakeholder Communication
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop a project plan outlining the scope, deliverables, timelines, schedules, resources and budget if needed, to support project leadership and key stakeholders in keeping projects on schedule, within budget and functioning effectivelyServe as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and vendors, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations ensuring all pertinent individuals remain well-informed of project advancements and any necessary modificationsDirect project correspondences by preparing templates, scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes and following up with recaps and actionable itemsOversee the use of technology for project and department operations, such as video conferencing technology, presentation software and other communications technologiesLead and motivate cross-functional project teams by fostering collaboration, communicating effectively, assisting in resolving conflicts, and ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilitiesScheduling internal and external meetings, note-taking and facilitating pertinent meetings, communicating meeting notes, assigning action items and deliverables, notating key changes, and identifying risks and key milestones within the project historyRisk & Change ManagementIdentify and log potential risks; collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate future risks
Report project risks live as they come in, ensuring escalation to appropriate stakeholdersManage change communication to project scope, schedule, and impact on project objectives or outcomes; coordinating with stakeholders to implement changes effectively to teamsServe as a liaison between company teams and external resources; Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchersMaintain accurate project documentation and reporting; including project plans, progress reports, vendor quotes and other relevant records to stakeholders as neededAdditional duties and responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.Qualifications

As an exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive yearly wage of $70,000-$95,000 paid biweekly, overtime, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
