Description :
The Physical Therapist will be working in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
The role requires skills in orthopedics, outpatient clinic procedures, and strength testing.
Post-operative skills in total knee arthroplasty, total hip arthroplasty, rotator cuff repairs, and spine rehabilitation are essential.
The therapist will work with patients who may have arthritis, ankle sprains, knee pain, lower back pain, and neck pain.
The daily patient load can reach up to 10 visits per day.
This position involves developing and implementing treatment plans that ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The therapist will conduct assessments, utilize assistive devices, and educate patients and families.
Candidates should be proficient in various therapeutic techniques, including AROM / AAROM / PROM and modalities such as e-stim and ultrasound.
Experience with cognitive disorders, geriatrics, and home exercise programs is preferred.
This position requires effective communication and time management skills to manage patient care efficiently.
All employees must be compliant with vaccination requirements to maintain a safe environment.
