City : Santa Rosa State : CA Start Date : Pending Privileges End Date : TBD Description : Permanent- Urology Updated Compensation Details attached Update - The Santa Rosa team needs a provider that has a focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction. Please make sure candidates are interested in this. Providence Medical Group- Santa Rosa Urology is clinic location across from the hospital. Call could be around 7-10 days per month Beeper call but onsite during the weekday work hours (7am-5pm) Called back to the hospital (after 5pm or on weekend) on average 3-5 times per week. PERMANENT PLACEMENT FEE is set to a $40k max. We will look at providers willing to get the CA license. Providers can be BC or BE within 3 years. 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request) Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
