Job Description :

Slim Chickens in Minot is hiring a dependable and proactive Night Manager to oversee evening operations and lead our closing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is ready to take ownership of the nightly guest experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate nightly operations, including shift transitions and closing procedures

Provide leadership and support to night shift team members, ensuring productivity and morale

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and health regulations

Manage nightly cash handling, inventory counts, and operational reporting
