The Role

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician for our overnight shift . You’ll be the go-to person keeping our production equipment up and running. From troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems to preventive maintenance, your work keeps our lines moving and our products top quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain machinery (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic).
  • Work with PLCs, controls, and sensors — you’ll know your way around ladder logic and schematics.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and make recommendations for equipment upgrades or reliability improvements.
  • Install new machinery, wiring, or components as needed.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and occasional emergency calls.
  • Keep the work area safe, organized, and compliant with company and safety standards.

Requirements : What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with AC / DC circuits, three-phase wiring, relays, and PLCs.
  • Familiarity with Allen-Bradley (RSLogix 500 / 5000, FactoryTalk) — Omron experience a plus.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient — especially on nights.
  • Able to lift 75 lbs and work comfortably in a production environment.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
