Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Job Description

I'm looking to fill a great role at a boutique, Commercial Real Estate firm. This position is for a Paralegal / Project Manager and will provide legal and administrative support to a great team. They are open to a remote candidate with the right skill set, but they will need to have experience at California firms.

Qualified Background :

• Provide support in connection with closing processes, including preparing and coordinating execution of signature pages, and reviewing and auditing executed signature pages upon execution
• Manage timelines and deliverables from inception to closing using Firm project management software
• Allocate tasks across the team as needed and communicate with clients
• Prepare initial drafts of legal agreements
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies and other third parties
• Conduct title searches
• Maintain closing binders
