Fueler Service Technician
Immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Fueler Service Technician and want the right Fuel Island Attendant to join us at Ryder in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Hourly Pay : $21.50
Schedule : MondayFriday Weekends OFF
Hours : Second Shift 2 : 30 pm 11 : 00 pm

Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent preferredThree (3) years or more of related work experience, preferredProficiency in English written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated customer service skills; must be able to understand customer's verbal communicationUnderstanding of computer hardware and software, especially word processing, spreadsheets, and email; must be able to understand codes and instructions on the computer and have basic computer skills and ability to perform data entryHigh degree of thoroughness and dependability; must be able to work flexible schedules including shift work, weekends, holidaysAbility to :Work at different locationsCreate and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, and supervisors)Work independently and as a member of a teamFlexibility to operate, and self-driven to excel, in a fast-paced environmentCapability for multi-tasking and highly organized, with excellent time management skillsMust be 18 years of age or olderDetail-oriented with excellent follow-up practicesValid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A preferredDOT Safety Regulated Position : This position requires for you to drive Ryder vehicles. Fuel vehicles; record fuel activity / maintain proper fuel and DEF inventory and reconciliation; check oil; check tire pressureMove heavy duty vehicles; wash and detail vehicles; wash windowsMake multi-point inspection on inbound units as required by company policies / procedureReport service issues to the shopPerform minor maintenance tasks such as tire repairs and align wheels per company procedurePerform some facility maintenance and assist with environmental compliance of the locationMaintain fuel island area to Six Sigma standards and policiesPerform other duties as assignedRyder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
