As a Digital Systems Engineer with our team, you'll apply model-based met hodologies to create and maintain system workflows, interfaces, and architecture diagrams to solve challenging client problems. By collaborating across technical and non-technical teams, you'll define and communicate complex technical solutions and contribute to developing a digital engineering future state for government clients. Your role will involve innovative approaches to translating stakeholder needs into actionable models and enabling operational insights through digital twins and data integrations.

With your skills in architecture modeling tools, advanced data structures, and model-based engineering frameworks, you’ll have the opportunity to modernize processes and workflows in support of highly classified missions. You Have :

• 5+ years of experience applying systems engineering or modeling met hodologies, including Business Process Model and Notation ( BPMN ) , Unified Modeling Language ( UML ) , Department of Defense Architecture Framework ( DoDAF ) , or Model-Based Systems Engineering ( MBSE ) using frameworks such as SysML
• 3+ years of experience producing architectural and process models to communicate system workflows, component interactions, or technical requirements across teams
• Experience with industry-standard modeling tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational database structures
• Ability to design and communicate data flows for hybrid database ecosystems
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• TS / SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a CS or Systems Engineering field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
