Key Responsibilities

Lead the Process Engineering strategic technology plan for the Salty Snacks division

Provide technical direction in process engineering development, design, and scale-up

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience as a process engineering subject matter expert in Salty Snacks

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering; Master's preferred

Expertise with various process equipment and systems relevant to snack production

Experience in project management and leading diverse teams

Ability to develop and implement process engineering solutions effectively
