Systems Admin

Monet Bank is seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator with expertise in Microsoft Intune to manage and optimize their endpoint management environment. This role will focus on application packaging and deployment, Windows Autopilot configuration, executive-level support, and change management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and experience in supporting enterprise environments.

Microsoft Intune Administration

Configure, manage, and maintain Intune for device compliance, security policies, and application deployment.

Build, package, and publish applications within Intune for Windows and mobile platforms.

Monitor and troubleshoot Intune-related issues, ensuring smooth operation and compliance.

Windows Autopilot

Design and implement Autopilot profiles for zero-touch provisioning.

Maintain and update deployment configurations for new hardware and OS builds.

Application Packaging

Develop and test application packages for deployment via Intune.

Ensure compatibility, security, and performance standards are met.

Executive Support

Provide white-glove IT support for leadership and VIP users.

Troubleshoot complex issues promptly and maintain high service standards.

Change Management

Participate in IT change control processes, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders and minimize business disruption.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00 / hr.
