Maine Licensed Wraparound Team Leader

A company is looking for a Wraparound Team Leader to oversee family-centered care coordination for youth with complex behavioral and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative supervision of case managers

Assist the director in ensuring compliance with state and agency standards, including overseeing client files and documentation

Collaborate with clinical leadership on staff development and training initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required; Master's preferred

At least two years of experience as a case manager required

At least two years of experience working with families and children within the mental health system required

Ability to work independently and collaboratively required

Must have a good driving record and be able to meet physical requirements associated with family visitation
