A company is looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to build and scale their sales development function.
Key Responsibilities
Own a personal book of target accounts and drive pipeline creation targets for the team
Design the SDR strategy, operating model, and core sales processes
Hire, onboard, and coach SDRs while fostering a culture of accountability and improvement
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in enterprise GTM roles such as sales or business development
At least 3 years of experience in outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts with significant ACV
At least 2 years of experience leading a quota-carrying GTM team
Experience engaging stakeholders in sales cycles and strategic partnerships
Experience using a CRM and sales engagement tools
