Employee Benefits Account Manager - Hybrid (Atlanta, GA)

Are you a passionate and licensed L&H professional with a knack for managing employee benefits? Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated Employee Benefits Account Manager to join their dynamic team!

What We’re Looking For :

  • Active L&H License : Your ticket to success in this role.
  • Proven Experience : You've already mastered the art of servicing employee benefits accounts, including Medical, Dental, STD, LTD, Vision, HSA, and FSA.
  • Industry Savvy : You’re up-to-date on the latest in employee benefits programs, regulations, and trends.
  • Tech Proficiency : You’re comfortable navigating benefits administration software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
  • Bonus Points : CEBS, GBA, or other relevant certifications are a big plus!

  • Client Relationships : You'll build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming their go-to expert for all things employee benefits.

  • Open Enrollment Leadership : Lead the charge during open enrollment, coordinating communication, enrollment platforms, and education efforts.
  • Employee Support : Be the guiding hand that helps employees navigate their benefits options and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Client Advocacy : Serve as the crucial link between clients and insurance carriers, ensuring swift and effective resolution of any concerns.
  • Insightful Reporting : Collect and analyze data to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations to optimize their benefits offerings.
