Software Developer (Career Growth into ERP - Microsoft Dynamics)

Location : Torrance, CA / Hybrid

Employment Type : Full-time

Salary Range : $70,000 - $80,000 up to negotiable

Work Authorization : Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Languages : English & Japanese (Business level)

About the Role

We are seeking a Software Developer who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning. In this role, you'll focus on web application development using .NET (C#) and React , while also having the exciting opportunity to grow your career in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) consulting.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to build modern web applications today and expand into enterprise-level ERP systems tomorrow . You'll join a dynamic, bilingual team that values innovation, collaboration, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test scalable web applications using C# / .NET Framework and React
  • Maintain and enhance existing web applications (bug fixes, performance optimization, feature upgrades)
  • Develop and integrate APIs and web services
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Prepare technical documentation in both English and Japanese
  • In the future, contribute to Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation and support projects

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software development experience (including Java )
  • Strong proficiency in C# / .NET Framework / ASP.NET / MVC
  • Experience with React , JavaScript , HTML , and CSS
  • Database experience with MS SQL
  • Familiarity with PowerShell or other scripting languages
  • Experience using Git or Azure DevOps for source control
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (business level)

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in building a long-term career in ERP consulting (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Experience with unit testing and Azure REST API
  • Knowledge of Postman for API testing
  • Understanding of basic business processes (Finance, Sales, Inventory)
  • Experience with RPA tools (Power Automate, UiPath)
