We are seeking a qualified Heavy Equipment Operator to lead commercial projects, specializing in site work and water / sewer construction. This role involves building playgrounds and parks, ensuring project success through effective leadership and expertise in heavy equipment operation.

Responsibilities :

• Source and calculate on-site bulk materials.
• Forecast and ensure materials and equipment availability for project phases.
• Operate all heavy equipment, verifying grades.
• Maintain proper upkeep of on-site equipment.
• Open and close project sites daily and conduct daily safety meetings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and project managers.
• Advise and maintain project schedules under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
