The qualified person for this job will be managing a two person BDC department, handling sales leads. Possibly growing into a larger BDC and compassing service. We are looking for a hands on Manager that will handle leads and personal. We also have an acquisition BDC and would be open to merging the two with the right candidate.

The selling process begins in the internet department and how we handle those guests directly result in our success. This position requires working on-site.

Responsibilities :

• Managing Employees 20% of the time
• Handling Sales leads 80% of the time
• Handling your own work load in a timely manner
• Must be on site to greet customers and be able to physically touch vehicles that customers are inquiring on.

Qualifications :

Strong BDC background

Management Skills and experience preferred but not required
