Recruiter
We are seeking a dedicated recruiter to manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and qualify roles, setting up interviews, and attending career fairs and networking events. Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle recruiting process, from sourcing to closing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and qualify roles, sourcing candidates through various channels and building a diverse pool of candidates, setting up and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and participating in career fairs and networking events to attract top talent. Essential skills include three years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources, with strong skills in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates. Additional experience working in government contracting, technology, defense, or aerospace is preferred. The position is based in an office environment, and the organization is at the forefront of developing the next generation of National Defense High Energy Laser (HEL) technologies. These HEL weapon systems are designed to be rugged and compact, thriving in the most challenging environments. The company is expanding its operations, with ongoing proposals and bids in progress. This is a contract position based out of Longmont, CO. The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $50.00 / hr.
