About us

Complete Landscape Resources is an established commercial landscape company, supplying monthly landscape maintenance, tree pruning, weed control, and landscape enhancement services to the Phoenix Commercial Real Estate Market.

Complete Landscape Resources is seeking the immediate hire of an experienced Landscape Supervisor.

We are actively looking for an individual experienced in landscape maintenance who is a leader and collaborator. You should have experience leading crews and helping them with the rotation of the property. How to manage their crews, ability to train new crew members, etc.

For Landscape Supervisor – we are looking for 3-5 years’ experience, solid knowledge, and experience operating landscape equipment (weed eater, head trimmers, blower, mower, etc.), managing multiple crews, setting up property rotation, supply training, and hiring experience.

Qualifications :

  • The ideal candidate will have prior landscape maintenance supervisor experience with a minimum of 3 years.
  • We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to multi-task, and is self-motivated.
  • Must be able to lead the landscape foreman and crews to complete daily tasks as assigned.
  • Must have a wide range of skills, and knowledge in planting, irrigation installation and repair, program and check water schedules at every property, controller settings, landscape installation, and equipment.
  • Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license, with a good MVR.
  • Must be able to pass E-verify

Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage a team of landscape laborers.
  • Schedule delivery of materials and equipment
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor crew’s production rates, quality, and safety.
  • Supply day-to-day leadership.

    • Skills :

  • Must have experience in Driving a Crew Cab Dump Truck while pulling a Trailer.
  • Must have experience in shrub maintenance, tree trimming, mowing, blowing, and weed eating.
  • Must be a multitasker, highly organized, and be able to supply excellent customer experience.
  • Must be able to follow safety policies and procedures.
  • Must be Bilingual.
  • Must be able to walk during shift period (8hrs)
  • Must be able to follow and give instructions.
  • Must have Experience using all landscape equipment and installing plants, trees, granite, etc.
  • Must be able to Supervise the installation of landscape features such as plants and trees.
  • Must be able to organize and lead a general maintenance landscape foreman and crew to complete daily maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Must be proficient in AZ overseed practices, Knowledge of plants and Arizona soil. Familiar with standard and proper planting techniques
  • Must be able to work outside in Arizona extreme heat conditions.
  • Must have Experience scheduling irrigation timers according to weather, type of soil, or plants etc.
  • Must show up on time every day.
  • Must have ability to manage and explain work orders to multiple crews.
  • Must have the ability to finish work orders in a timely manner according to specifications and budget.
