Position Title : Student Loan Advocate (Inside Sales)
Type : Hourly, Non-Exempt, Full-Time, In-Office, Non-Remote
_ Hours : 8 hour shift, within the hours of 6am-6 pm (varies)
Pay : $60,000 - $150,000 per year. This position offers a base rate and UNCAPPED COMMISSION and 100% employer PAID medical benefits for employees AND whole family includes the Mayo Clinic!_

Job Description :
As a Student Loan Advocate (Inside Sales), you are the first point of contact for Borrowers and Co-Borrowers struggling with the burden of private student loans. As an Advocate, you will listen to uncover their motivations, and dig deeper to understand their “ _ why _.” Handling inbound leads and outbound follow-ups while moving Borrowers and Co-Borrowers through the application process by gathering documents for underwriting and ensuring that we are helping each unique situation.
We are looking for someone who has a history of earning 100k+ a year in inbound sales.

Duties / Responsibilities :
- Communicate directly with potential borrowers and co-borrowers to understand customers' needs and options.
- Gather and verify validation documents.
- Manage queue of accounts and ensure work standards are met with customers and agencies.
- Help develop company reputation with agencies and solicit referrals.
- Support borrowers and co-borrowers from initial contact through underwriting.
- Responsible for meeting monthly minimum goals / results.
- Document all information accurately in the CRM.
- Attend mandatory weekly sales meetings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities :
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.Experience in closing deals!Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.Decisiveness and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Education and Experience :
Three (3) years of experience in consultative sales.Previous experience in cosmetic consultations, ie dentistry, plastic surgery, hair replacement, hair removal are welcomed.Debt relief / debt settlement are welcomed.Experience in the student lending field is preferred, but not necessary.Why Join
