What You’ll Do
Kitchen Support
Assist the Chef with plating and delivering nutritious meals to classrooms and staffMaintain kitchen cleanliness and organization; wash dishes as neededCheck food deliveries, restock supplies, and ensure all items meet safety standardsStep in to support kitchen operations when the Chef is outFacilities Support
Partner with the Facilities Coordinator to keep our building safe and well-stockedRefill consumables (gloves, paper towels, etc.) and complete daily safety checksMaintain organization in the laundry room and assist with laundry rotationAdministrative & Classroom Support
Cover the front desk, greet families, and answer phones as neededAssist teachers during lunch and break periodsHelp with light administrative duties such as copying, filing, or setting up materialsRequirements
Food Handler’s Certificate (required)High school diploma (required)CPR / First Aid Certification (preferred)Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to teamworkAbility to lift up to 35 lbs and support active school operationsBe Part of Something Meaningful

Required Qualifications and Experience
High School Diploma requiredFood Handler’s Certificate requiredCPR / First Aid certification preferredPrevious teaching experience preferredKnowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young childrenMust be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. Must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib.Employee must be at least 21 years of age.
