[job_card.job_description]Please note : This job requires an existing NSA Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client / server / storage / network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs / loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Citizenship : Must Be a US Citizen Existing Clearance Required : Active Top-Secret SCI with Poly Ten (10) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. IAT II certification (DoD 8140 required within 60 days of starting employment. Acceptable certifications include CCNA- Security / CySA+ / GICSP / GSEC / Security+ CE / CND / or SSCP) Experience as a Linux System Administrator with a strong knowledge of Red Hat (Rhel) 8 & 9 Must possess strong knowledge of a wide range of cloud services and solutions, such as AWS. Experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), Red Hat Satellite and Red Hat Image Builder. Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) Certificate. Experience with installing, configuring and maintaining Rocky Linux or Red Hat 10, Amazon Linux 2023 Microsoft Azure products, VMWare (VSphere), OpenStack Experience / Knowledge of Virtual Desktop deployment and configuration automation. Knowledge in writing, configuring, and deploying Ansible Playbooks. Strong knowledge in writing and implementing other scripting languages like Python and Bash Scripting. Expertise in managing and arranging JIRA projects, backlogs, sprints. Expertise using Git commands (GitLab / GitHub) to manage / push / pull projects and implement file version controls.
