Physical Therapist Role $2,300-$2,400 per week

Location : Alamosa, Colorado

Schedule : Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm

Start Date : ASAP

Contract Length : 90 Days (with potential extension)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team on a locum tenens basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who thrives in a collaborative, community-focused environment while working independently when needed.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients across all age groups with a wide range of conditions.

Manage a caseload averaging 10 patients per day .

Document patient care using NextGen EMR .

Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado (or eligibility to obtain).

At least 1–2 years of outpatient experience preferred.

Experience with patients of all ages.

Preferred : Certifications in Dry Needling or Cupping, but not required

Strong communication and organizational skills.
