• 24‑hour coverage with shifts rotating continuously around the clock
• 8 cases daily with 30‑40 kids managed throughout the day
• Children's hospital setting
• Pediatric and neonatal anesthesia for cardiac, neurosurgery, trauma cases
• 8‑hour, 10‑hour, or 12‑hour shifts available
• Weekend and holiday rotations required
• Approximately 5 total call shifts including 1 weekend call
• 20 inpatient cases
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
